Smoke Alarms (Ionisation)

A smoke alarm is the easiest way to alert you to the danger of fire, giving you precious time to escape. We stock both ionisation and photo-electric (optical) smoke alarms and for maximum protection we recommend installing both types.

  • Ionisation Smoke Alarms: Good at detecting fast flaming fires, widely used for property protection.
  • Optical Smoke Alarms: Good at detecting slow smouldering fires, free of radioactive substances.

Smoke Alarm Ei168RC/Ei141 Radio-lnterlinked, 230V, Ionisation.

  • Mains powered Radio-interlinked ionisation smoke alarm
  • Requires no cables between units. Mains powered from light circuit.
  • Fully conforming to BS5839-pt6 Grade D, E and F
  • Ideal for extensions and decorated properties.
  • Consists of a radio-frequency base-plate EEi168RC with a Ei141RC smoke alarm fitted to it.
