Rollo Ladder

The 'Rollo' is designed for awkward escape situations, for example:-

• Loft escape from loft windows
• Escapes with obstructions (e.g. balconies) between you and the ground

Roll Out Ladder Features

Secure Clamping. Window frames can be unreliable anchors which is why Rollo, unlike other fire escape ladders, clamps onto the wall below the window instead. It is adjustable and is also designed to clamp over a water radiator. Alternatively Eyebolts (positioned below window) can also be supplied for unusual situations.

Roll-Out Ability. The Rollo is designed so that it instantly unrolls without tangling up - it will roll down over roofs. To enable this, the ladder comes rolled in a fire resistant material to prevent it from tangling.

Easy Storage, Lightweight & Quick to Use. It's compact size makes it easy to store under your bed or in a cupboard. When you need it, it is lightweight and can be set up in seconds - just position it over the wall below the window and release the ladder.

Chain Rollo Ladder Specification

Manufactured with lightweight chain and steel rungs with stand off brackets,which are mild steel, zinc plated. It is independently tested to withstand a distributed load of 454Kg (1000lbs).
