Terms and Conditons

All our fire safety products can be returned in exchange for a full product cost refund if you are not entirely satisfied with them, providing that they are returned within 14 days and have not been damaged.

Please note that with reference to all of our portable fire escape ladders:-

  • They are to be used as fire escapes only for escaping in emergency situations from smoke-filled or burning buildings
  • Fire Safety Products cannot accept liability for any damage to property, possessions or to persons resulting directly or indirectly from the use of its ladders
  • Fire Safety Products cannot accept liability for misuse of the ladder - instructions must be strictly adhered to at all times
  • All escape ladders must not be used by anyone suffering from mental or physical disability which could affect the safe use of the ladder
  • Note that our ladders are not totally rigid ladders, so extra care must be taken when climbing down them.
